Warm-Up (5–7 mins) Shoulder supported lift – 10 reps Elbow bends (assisted) – 10 reps Wrist rotations – 10 each direction Gentle breathing – 10 slow breaths 2. Finger & Hand Exercises (10 mins) Passive finger opening – 2 rounds Thumb opposition (touch fingers) – 5 reps each Table slide (use cloth) – 10–15 reps Finger press on table – 10 reps 3. Strength & Grip (8–10 mins) Soft ball squeeze – 10 reps Towel scrunch or object hold – 5 reps Wrist bend up/down – 10 reps 4. Mirror / Mental Therapy (5 mins) Watch right hand in mirror doing open/close Imagine left hand moving in sync 5.
